Ed Lord - Senior Account Manager (Sherwood Park)

Ed Lord takes day-to-day responsibility for implementing some of Prolog's most demanding accounts in retail- and business-to-consumer fulfilment, thriving on the utilisation of the latest technologies and on the creed of adding value through strategic review and shared best practice.

A tried and tested project manager, Ed's role is to develop relationships with his clients by understanding their business needs and ensuring the appropriate high level of service is provided. His expertise covers web-based information systems, item barcode scanning, the delivery of management information and account profiling.
