Joan Abbotts - Deputy Software Development Manager

With 20 years of systems IT experience, including 15 years in accounting, Joan Abbotts thrives on finding bespoke solutions for clients and internal users alike. With a thorough knowledge of Prolog's IT infrastructure and particularly of our Mailbrain order processing system, she thinks 'outside the box' in delivering IT excellence.

Responsible for a department of 17 analyst programmers, her role focuses on the research and development of the technologies that underpin Prolog's marketing support and logistics operations, from our warehouses to our call centres and from account management to finance and administration.
