Kevin Lewis - Operations Manager (Sherwood Park)

A young and dynamic manager, Kevin Lewis has helped shape Prolog's warehousing environment in the key areas of stock control, training and man-management implementation.

Responsible at Sherwood Park for 300 staff and 20 client accounts, Kevin oversees a multifunctional nightshift operation that covers 80 per cent of Prolog's MHE picking operation as well as supervising day-to-day transport operations, ensuring that KPIs are met and implementing the company's ISO procedures across seven sites.
