Louise Hemming - Contact Centre Manager

Responsible for 250 agents and bureau services staff at Prolog Connect's Sherwood Park contact centres, Louise Hemming is committed to defining and promoting best practise, improving service and enhancing quality for her many clients and their customers.

A champion of brand advocacy, Louise has key skills in disaster recovery and contingency planning, staff motivation, recruitment and client banking. At Prolog Connect she has responsibility two million calls and 600,000 written contacts annually and for the safe handling of client receipts totalling well over £30 million.

Starting out in the industry as a contact centre operator, Louise is a highly motivated manager with direct hands-on experience across the entire spectrum of modern, cutting edge contact centre operations.
