During ten years of operational experience in IVR and customer service, Paul Miller has designed and implemented contact centre solutions for Sony, Microsoft, BT and CWC. His enormous depth of experience spans sales and business development to the design of industry leading contact centre services for Directory Enquiries and DRTV response.
Paul brings to Prolog a combination of strong technical knowledge, commercial acumen, management skills and a clear vision for developing the Prolog Connect brand as a standard setter.
A vibrant personality in the industry hailed for groundbreaking research in contact centre communications, Paul's priority is consistent delivery of service level and quality for clients and providing the support and resources for an unbeatable customer service team.
